You will define DevOps using industry perspectives and the CAMS/CALMS frameworks, explore how DevOps connects to Lean management, and examine the Three Ways: systems thinking, feedback loops, and continual experimentation and learning. You will also learn how Lean principles and wastes apply to software delivery, how Improvement Kata and A3 problem solving support continuous improvement, and how the Westrum model can help you understand organizational culture. The module also introduces leadership behaviors, outcome-based metrics, and case studies that show how DevOps can support faster delivery, stronger quality, better collaboration, and improved business results.
