Corporate Innovation & Intrapreneurship Programme is designed for professionals who want to understand how innovation happens inside established organisations. Across four courses, learners explore intrapreneurial mindset, opportunity identification, design thinking, market and UX research, internal innovation systems, senior leadership buy-in, and effective pitching.
This Specialization is for employees, team leaders, managers, innovation teams, founders, consultants, and professionals who want to lead new products, services, or improvement initiatives from within an organisation. Learners will develop practical skills to move from ideas to structured opportunities, assess innovation potential, navigate organisational constraints, build internal support, communicate strategic value, and present ideas with clarity and credibility.
Applied Learning Project
Learners will apply the Specialization concepts through practical exercises, role plays, dialogues, reflections, and final assignments. These activities will help learners identify innovation opportunities, explore customer and user needs, assess the value and feasibility of ideas, prepare internal business cases, and practise gaining buy-in from senior leaders.
The projects are designed around authentic corporate innovation challenges. Learners will practise moving an idea from early exploration to internal positioning, stakeholder alignment, and persuasive pitching, helping them build confidence in leading innovation within real organisational environments.
