Build your influence toolkit through practical deliverables including: one-page executive summaries translating analytics into recommendations, Gantt charts for analytics project deployment, consultation briefs capturing stakeholder needs, strategic alignment frameworks linking metrics to business outcomes, three-level org charts highlighting matrix complexities, persuasive slide decks using workforce data, SBI-formatted feedback messages, and stakeholder engagement plans using influence-interest grids. Each project creates real artifacts you'll use to drive organizational change through analytics.
