Welcome to the course, Agile Project Management. In this first module, you will be introduced to Agile project management as an adaptive approach for working in environments characterized by uncertainty and change. You'll explore how Agile differs from traditional predictive methods, examine the values and principles that guide Agile decision-making, and be introduced to common Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
